- Interact with Sea Gate Navigation Corp. management system for the approval of their crew.
- Evaluate the appropriateness of proposed crew according to their special demands.
- Assess both the professional and moral aspect of each proposed seafarer through the eyes of our Greek Representative (Port captain).
- Maintain a quality pool of qualified, and competent seafarers.
- Conserve a high percentage of ex-crew retention rate.
- Be constantly informed about the overall status of their lined-up crew, including training schedule, ongoing courses and the courses due for completion.
- View anytime/anywhere all documents of their on board crew.
- Monitor expiring documents/ certificates through Principals IRIS System.
- Be accurately consulted about on board promotions of their crew.
- Plan in advance for the schedule of their crew near-the-end contracts.
